The Time Lord family on Second Life.

What is Sectime ?

 

Sectime is a Second Life Time Lord family that have a imaginative Role Play storyline. The story line centres on the Whoniverse of Doctor Who, respecting and keeping to established canon with in the series and based upon Gallifreyen society. The Sectime has established ranks in which you can clime to the high ranked members after completing tasks, events and helping out members of the Sectime. 

 

The Sectime Story

 

The Sectime family has been around since the very beginning of Gallifray. Most of there family members grow to become part of the high council and on several occasion’s they were honored to have a Sectime being initiated into the Matrix and leading Gallifray as its president. The Sectime Ancestors High family members, brothers and sisters all went to battle along side Rassilon during the war against the Vampires. During this the Sectime family lost many members. Out of the 25 family members of all ranks only 3 survived. Father Matrani, Sister Kilma and cozen Alkima. Father Matrani was the leader and high Family member during this time. The three members left the war zone and reterned to the Panoptigan . This was when all changed for the family.

 

Rassilon and Omega had successfully caused the star Qqaba to go supernova giveing the Gallifrayens the power to time travel. He brought the black hole back to Gallifray and placed it under the panopticon. From there Time Lord society was evolving and the first prototype TARDES,s were being grown. In total Secrecy Rassilon called upon the three remaining members of the Sectime family. He told them that “ These TT- capsules will give us the power of such magnitude. Our society will now become a symbol of power. I have written the rules and ways of the Time Lord Society myself but there is one thing i need this family to do." The Sectime's were instructed to watch over Gallifrey and Time lord society in all. To maintain the rules he had set down for all Time Lords. He set down certain roles for the Sectime members to play also in regards to time zones. The Sectime members were instructed to select time zones on any planet and to study, protect and defend from time meddlers. At the same time, always putting Gallifrey first at any cost. 

 

Evan though we know what Rassilon told the Sectime,s all those years ago, we do not know what else was said. Records stop there with just that sentence to go on. We know that the Sectimes were a hugely respected and high up family on Gallifray and there TARDIS growing technology’s brought out new models and advance,s never dreamed of from when the first TARDIS took its flight. After this conversation (what ever may have been said ) the Sectimes almost Vanished. It seemed that the secrecy of the family was paramount to the survival of Time Lord civilization. The only way to evan hear the name Sectime was to be invited into the Family by a member. It is said that the only way to gain access was to be in the high council, A extremely courage's act, Your intelligence or fighting power. That is all that records hold. Myths of a initiation plaza and meeting plaza somewhere on Gallifray. Though no one is sure about the truth of that.

 

There is one thing that we do know. Who ever becomes a member of the Sectime’s must surely have something that will be key to a Gallifrayen dream of peace in time.

Steps

 

Step one = You must write a Notecard explaining your charector and interests. Say if you own a TARDIS and give information and what your character is like along with ur RP story line for your charector. Say what age, evil or good ect. Once you have written all of that send to either one of the Sectime Father/Mother ( check the group to see the Levels. Or send a message to the owner of the group SteamySam ) Also included the planet or time, or both that you want to be protector of or keeper of. Until you reach the rank of Brother/sister Sectime, you can only pick a time or planet to be protector of until you gain more experience.

 

Step Two = There will be a planed initiation at some near point to your joining in the Initiation plaza. You will be sent a landmarck to the Initiation where most or all of members should attend. There will be given instructions on what to do.

 

Step Three = You will be taken to the Meeting plaza and given a landmark to there. You will then have a talk with the highest antiauthority about your plans for you, your character and any questions you may have.

 

Our rules

 

We don't have many but the ones we do have will be enforced by the appointed Sectime Security.

 

1. Respect all members. Be they low or high.

2. Any bullying or hatred towards members will be strictly taken care of !

3. Always try to keep in character.4. Dress the way you like but try to get a time lord robe from h0o main shop.

5. RP is open and can go anywhere. Scripts are forbidden ! They make things so boring.

6. Don’t bother those who are not interested. See where we are connected in the “meeting plaza”.
